CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Refunds Policy Disclaimer:

Please be advised to ascertain the exact cancellation policies applicable to your reservation, we strongly encourage guests to refer to the "cancellation info" provided under the respective room type and its associated rate plan at the time of booking.

Our cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan selected, which may include non-refundable cancellation policies or standard 21-days cancellation policies. Therefore, it is imperative to review the specific terms and conditions associated with your booking to understand any applicable fees or penalties in the event of cancellation.

We endeavor to provide transparent and accurate information regarding our cancellation and refunds policy. However, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies arising from failure to review the "cancellation info" corresponding to your reservation.

For further clarification or assistance regarding our cancellation policies, please do not hesitate to contact our reservations team or refer to the terms outlined during the booking process.

Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation Policy: Some rate plans may include a non-refundable policy. If you choose a non-refundable rate plan, please be aware that no refunds or changes to your reservation will be possible.

Free Independent Travelers (FIT) Standard Rate Cancellation Policy:

Individual Booking: This refers to a reservation where the total number of rooms booked together is fewer than 12 rooms.

Fully Refundable: A full refund is applicable if the cancellation is requested at least 21 days before the guests’ check-in date.

Non-refundable: No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the guests’ check-in date.

 

Group Independent Travel (GIT) Policy (Applicable to offline bookers i.e. via official E-mail communication):

Group Reservation: This pertains to a booking where the total number of rooms reserved together exceeds 12 rooms.

Fully Refundable: A complete refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the guests’ check-in.

Non-refundable: No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the guests’ check-in.

 

Cancellation:

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds policy is contingent upon the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to carefully review the cancellation info provided under the respective room type and its associated rate plan to understand the specific terms and conditions governing their reservation.

For guests who opt for the non-refundable rate plan, please be advised that no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or modification to the booking.

Cancellation will remain free till 21 days prior to arrival date, where 21 days will be computed non-exclusive of arrival date. In case of cancellation in the 21-day period, as stated; any modification or cancellation will result in no-refund of the booking amount. No-show too on scheduled/booked arrival date too will lead to no-refund. 
Disclaimer: (1) That in case of refund the amount refunded will be the amount collected by the hotel which means deduction of charges levied by payment service provider, booking service provider and taxes as applicable (if any).
In case of any discrepancy relating to deductions by payment service provider or booking service provider the discrepancy will be at sole discretion of the applicable service providers and their policies and procedures with no bearing or relation with the property.

(2) These refund policies will not be applicable on last-minute booking and such bookings will be regulated by last minute booking policy guidelines as stated under head of last-minute booking.

 

Prepayment Policy:

You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at the time of reservation. Taxes and service charges: Goods & services tax are applicable.

Confirmation and Booking Guarantee: Room bookings will be confirmed and guaranteed upon successful receipt of the required payment.

 

Last-Minute Booking Policy:

A last-minute booking refers to a reservation made by a guest for accommodation or services within a window of 3 days or less before their intended check-in date. This type of booking is often characterized by its immediacy and urgency, as the guest is seeking accommodation on relatively short notice.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions specific to such bookings.

Reservations:

  1. Booking Window: Reservations for last-minute check-ins can be made up to 3 days in advance of the desired check-in date.

  2. Availability: Room availability for last-minute bookings is subject to real-time inventory and may vary.

Payment:

  3. Payment at Booking: No Prepayment is required at the time of booking for last-minute reservations. Guests need to choose "offline method i.e., Pay on arrival" on the Checkout Page.

Cancellation and Refund:

 4. Cancellation Period: The guest has the option to cancel without any cost until they complete the payment at the reception.

  1. Refund Policy: "For reservations made within 3 days of the guest's intended check-in date, once payment is made at the reception and the check-in process is finalized, refunds will not be available." 

  2. No-Show: In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive for check-in and does not cancel) If a guest does not arrive as scheduled, the hotel will release the reserved room after 7 P.M. of the date of arrival. However, the time period maybe extended upon guest's prior request until 8.30 P.M. (Extension of time period is at the sole discretion of the hotel)

Modifications:

 5.Date Changes: Date modifications are subject to availability. Guests wishing to change their check-in date and/or time must contact our reservations team as early as possible to request a change. Any difference as applicable in rates for the new dates may apply. Such application is at sole discretion of hotel.

 6.​Room Allocation: While we will do our best to accommodate specific room requests, room assignments for last-minute bookings are based on availability at the time of check-in.

Children and Beds:

  • Child policies:

    • Children older than 3 years are welcome.

    • Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults in this property.

    • The price shown is for the number of adults in your search. If you’re travelling with children, add them to see correct price and occupancy information.

  • Cot and extra bed policies:

    • No cot is available, but an extra bed is available only in Executive room (additional charges).
